Postage & Returns

ALL ORDERS are dispatched within 24 hours unless on a weekend or Bank Holiday when there are no collections or deliveries (in the UK). Australia orders may take up to 72 hours to be dispatched but of course this is still quicker than being posted from the UK and will save you the GST.

All orders over £20 (GBP) come with FREE World Wide Delivery. This is a 1st class airmail service (not tracked). We use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

Single or double SHL™ orders fit through a letter box so you don’t even need to be in when they arrive. For orders of 2 or more items we use quick seal boxes to give the best protection for your order. If you are not in when these arrive you may have to go to your nearest depot to collect your package with proof of address and identification.

If you are buying from outside the EU you may be charged your countries VAT or GST (Australia). This normally happens by a letter a few weeks after receiving your goods from us. This is not us charging you it is your governments customs side and you do have to pay it.

REST OF WORLD Can be up to 10 working days

We currently post to 48 countries worldwide and pride ourselves on this. We will take orders from any country as we have not yet discovered any problems. If however you wish to inquire about our service please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

“HELP, my package hasn’t arrived yet!”
If your package has not arrived after 2 weeks in the EU or 3 weeks for the rest of the world we can assume it has been ‘lost in transit’, we will re-post your order straight away completely FREE OF CHARGE so you can get your order in the fastest possibly time. We will then re-coop the loss from the Royal Mail our end.
